BX2 provides the performance and storage capacity to meet the needs of large, fast-moving applications.

The BX2 now includes the latest NetVu Connected technology, providing advanced networking functionality for professional remote alarm management today, and the flexibility to integrate with a wide range of distributed systems in the future.

Improvements in recording flexibility ensure efficient recording, while the maximum storage capacity has been increased to 2TB to meet the needs of the largest installation. The all new BX2 units now come with an integrated DVD writer increasing the amount of evidence that can be taken away.

In yet another industry first the BX2 can now dynamically-switch between camera resolution, record-rate & compression settings using MultiMode Recording. This is ideal for MPEG-4 background recording whilst simultaneously recording high quality JPEG images for evidence during alarms.

The New BX2 has also had many additional improvements to local operation based on customer feedback, while keeping its familiar and easy to use controls.

BX2 CA DVR
The BX2 CA model boasts all the versatility and power of the BX2 plus a unique industry feature of 'hot-swappable' mirrored drives. In essence this provides endless and uninterrupted digital recording.

Standard units contain 4 hard drives providing RAID 1 fault tolerance for up to 1TB of mirrored data. All hard disk recording has a digital signature applied for evidential purposes which is accessible via a one touch button or GOTO and event preview facility. Data from short incidents can easily be transferred by an internal DVD writer for PC playback. For major incidents or for external auditing, an entire disk set from BX2 CA can be removed for PC playback using the optional USB CA Viewer, without effecting recording or local review of evidence.

BX2 CA provides the ideal solution for fast moving, evidential reliant environments and is fully integrable with all DM as well as many other industry systems.
